Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Beast AI (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Beast AI is a fitness application that provides:

• AI-powered personalized workout program generation
• Nutrition tracking with photo-based food analysis
• Daily readiness assessments and workout adaptations
• AI coaching chat functionality
• Progress tracking and insights

User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App (18 in some jurisdictions)

Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper working of the App
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use the App to harm or harass others
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use automated systems to access the App (bots, scrapers)

Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Not Medical Advice

IMPORTANT: Beast AI provides fitness and nutrition information for general educational and informational purposes only. The App is NOT intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Consult Healthcare Providers

• Always consult your physician before starting any exercise program
• If you have any medical conditions, seek professional medical advice
• Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort

Assumption of Risk

• Physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury
• You assume all risks associated with using workout recommendations
• We are not responsible for any injuries resulting from exercise

Nutrition Information

• Nutrition estimates from food photos are approximations
• Consult a registered dietitian for specific dietary needs
• The App is not intended to diagnose or treat eating disorders

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

• Beast AI and all content are owned by us or our licensors
• The App, including its code, design, and features, is protected by copyright
• Our trademarks and logos may not be used without permission

Your Content

• You retain ownership of data you submit (workout logs, photos, etc.)
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide the service
• This license ends when you delete your account

User Data

Data Collection

• We collect data as described in our Privacy Policy
• By using the App, you consent to our data practices

Data Export and Deletion

• You can export your data at any time through the App
• You can delete your account and all associated data

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

• Firebase (Google) for authentication and analytics
• Google Gemini AI for nutrition analysis and coaching
• OpenAI (optional) for AI coaching

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans

Beast AI offers the following auto-renewing subscription plans:

• Monthly Plan: $11.99 USD per month
• Annual Plan: $59.99 USD per year (includes a 7-day free trial)

Billing

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. All payments are processed by Apple — Beast AI does not directly collect or store your payment information.

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.

Free Trial

The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial period ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid annual subscription at $59.99 USD per year.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. To cancel:

1. Open Settings on your iOS device
2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions
3. Select Beast AI and tap Cancel Subscription

Alternatively, visit https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period.

Refunds

No refunds are provided for any unused portion of the current subscription period. For refund requests, contact Apple Support directly as all billing is managed by Apple.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time. Any price change will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Update these Terms with reasonable notice
• Change subscription pricing with notice to current subscribers

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results from using the App will be accurate
• Defects will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App (if any)
• We are not liable for damages arising from:
  • Your use of or inability to use the App
  • Any injuries from following workout recommendations
  • Unauthorized access to your data
  • Third-party actions or content

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through:

1. Informal negotiation (30 days)
2. Binding arbitration if negotiation fails
3. Small claims court for qualifying disputes

Class action waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.

Termination

By You

• You may stop using the App at any time
• You may delete your account through the Settings menu

By Us

• We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms
• We may terminate the service with reasonable notice

Effect of Termination

• Your right to use the App ends immediately
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Beast AI regarding the App.
